 Booking

In order to book your appointment, you will need to accept the terms of the booking by entering your card details into the secure booking system (Fresha).

If you haven't accepted the terms, your appointment is not confirmed and could be cancelled by the salon. 

Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

50% of the service price will be charged for late cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment)

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Colour Patch test

   If you are a new client of Severin Hair Studio or have not been to Severin Hair Studio for 6 months, all colour services require a skin test 48 hours to 5 days before your appointment, which involves popping into the salon for a few minutes. Once we have a skin test on file, It will be valid for 12 months, as long as your visits for a colour service go no longer than 6 months. Without a documented skin test, we are unable to proceed with any colouring services. If you have any doubts about your test being valid, please contact the Hair studio for clarification. This can either be done free of charge in the salon from Tuesday to Saturday 

Service return

If you have an issue or complaint, we will consult with you to find the appropriate resolution. If you return within 7 days of the original date, 

Unfortunately, if you or your child is under 16, I will not be able to colour your hair as this is not advised according to manufacturers' instructions.

Amendments

Downgrading:

if you wish to reduce the service originally booked (duration/cost), then 24 hours notice is required.

Downgrading within 24 hours (including at your appointment)

will incur the original booked service price.

Upgrading:

 If you wish to add services to your original booked appointment, then 24 hours notice is required, and we will endeavour to cater to the request.

If time doesn't allow, an alternative date and time can be arranged for additional services. If you choose to rebook for the increased service,

the original booked appointment is still chargeable on the day.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may mean there is insufficient time to complete your fully booked service.

Equally, please don't arrive early as time is carefully accounted for, for each client's appointment and breaks. 

Attendance

Appointments should be attended alone unless otherwise agreed with the salon, e.g., bridal parties.

For health and safety reasons, children are not “recommended” in the salon.

Payment

Payment is required in full, on completion of your appointment.

Either via cash or Card payment.
